The Training Group believes that high quality local training delivered at a value for money price is the best policy. However:

• The Training Group is unable to accept any responsibility for the accuracy of information available through this web site as this is provided by third parties.
• The Training Group does not attempt to assess the quality of courses being promoted through this web site and therefore can accept no responsibility for their quality, content, suitability and/or value for money.

Users wishing to reserve a place(s) on a course(s) promoted through this web site may use the email facility provided to do so. Requesting to reserve a place in this manner does not constitute booking a place on a course as this is a subsequent transaction between the User and the chosen Training Provider. The Training Group can therefore accept no responsibility for guaranteeing course bookings, and is not involved in any financial transaction associated with booking a place on a course.

The Training Group is not responsible for any losses (financial or otherwise) incurred due to unsatisfactory course content and/or organisation.

The Training Group is not responsible for any losses (financial or otherwise) incurred due to Users being unaware of relevant courses due to their non-inclusion on this web site facility.

 

Training Providers using this web site facility:

Training Providers using this web facility to promote their training courses are responsible for the accuracy of their own information.

Training Providers using this web facility to promote their training courses are responsible for the quality, content, suitability and/or value for money of the courses that they provide.

Training Providers receiving email reservation requests through this web site should respond to these requests in a suitable, professional and timely manner.

Requests for course reservations processed through this web site facility remain strictly between the User and the Training Provider. The Training Group is unable to accept any responsibility for the quality of these reservation requests, and is unable to become involved in any connected financial transactions.

The Training Group is not responsible for any losses (financial or otherwise) incurred due to unsatisfactory course content and/or organisation.

The Training Group will assess each Training Provider requesting to register to enter course information on this web site facility. The Training Group reserves the right to accept/reject applications for membership at its own discretion.

Training Providers must make payment in advance for use of the The Training Group web facility. Payment must be for a minimum period of 6 months (unless negotiated otherwise with The Training Group at time of registration due to exceptional circumstances). Normal terms will be payment within 30 days of invoice. Cheques should be made payable to University of Plymouth Enterprise Ltd.

Non-payment / late payment by Training Providers to The Training Group may result in all records for that Training Provider being deleted from the system. The Training Group reserves the right to terminate such membership with immediate effect. Calculation of such outstanding money will be based upon a pro-rata equation plus the additional of any reasonable additional administrative costs. In such circumstances a break down of any such administrative costs will be available upon request.

The Training Group reserves the right to adjust the membership fee at any time. Such price changes will not effect pre-paid Training Providers until they request to renew their membership.

Training Providers that cancel their membership will not be refunded any pre-paid membership fees.
