C&G 1886 Level 3 Certificate for the Delivers of Conflict Management

There are two units for this qualification:

Unit 01 Knowledge, Understanding and Application of the Principles of Conflict Managemen

The aim of this qualification is to provide candidates with the range of skills and depth of knowledge to fulfil the SIA and awarding body requirements to deliver conflict management training of SIA licensable awards.

If you already have experience of tutoring in this sector and/or hold a formal recognised teaching/training qualification you may be exempt from certain parts of the training.  Maximum APL (Accredited Prior Learning) of 20hrs may be applied;  the full course consists of 60 notional learning hours, i.e., 30 hours per unit, that could be made up of: 20 hrs pre course study, 20 hrs classroom learning, 20hrs APL.

Anyone interested in delivering the trainng for SIA licensable awards, such as for example, door supervision, vehicle immobilisation, security operations.
