Communication can be a minefield and when you get it wrong, often you dont even know it!
You will learn the most effective ways to communicate through all mediums. Learn the phrases and techniques that turn customers on (and off), build good business relationships, and improve your customer service.
What you will learn by the end of the session:
· Phone communication are you turning people off even before they get to the right person? This is more often than not your first impression make it a good one.
· Face to Face communication reading body language and how people read yours.
· Written communication - making your letters, quotes and other reports as powerful and as impactful as possible. Make your letter stand out for the right reasons.
· E-mails One of the fastest ways to get written text from one place to another. However sometimes speed means mistakes.
· Voice mail most people hate it! We will show you the best way to be customer focussed and keep your customers happy.
